Ingredients
– 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 (15 oz) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 (15 oz) can corn, drained
– 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
– 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
– 1 (1 oz) package taco seasoning
Instructions
1. – In a large pot or Dutch oven, combine all the canned ingredients and the taco seasoning.
2. – Stir well to combine.
3. – Bring the soup to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
4. – Reduce heat to low and let the soup simmer for 5-10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
