The green beans are a vegetarian staple, and a delicious one, especially when you fried in the air fryer and serve it side any one of these delicious dishes:

Green beans Characterized by your multiple types that come in bush and pole types. You can distinguish the types of green beans by pods form or colors. How to fry it in the air fryer:


Cut off the stem end of beans and then cut into the length you want. Like a French cut or you can slice them in half lengthwise.


-Heat up your air fryer at 400 degrees F

-In a medium bowl, add green beans and spray it with some cooking spray and pinch of salt and combine it well.

– Place green beans into the air fryer basket and set the timer for 8 min. Toss the basket during the cooking to browning beans on both sides.

– When green beans fry. Remove it and serve it with your favorite dish.


You can’t start talking about vegetarianism, or even about a healthy diet, without being evoking green beans.  It’s legume, but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy them on a diet plan.
