Description

Indulge in the irresistible flavors of apple pie in these fun and boozy jello shots. Featuring a golden-brown crust, clear apple-infused jello, and a touch of cinnamon, these delightful bites are perfect for parties, gatherings, or a festive treat.

Ingredients

– 2 cups apple juice

– 1 envelope unflavored gelatin

– 1/2 cup granulated sugar

– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

– 1 cup diced Granny Smith apples

– 1 cup vodka

Instructions

1. In a medium saucepan, combine the apple juice, gelatin, sugar, and cinnamon. Heat over medium, stirring constantly, until the gelatin and sugar have dissolved, about 5 minutes.

2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the diced apples and vodka.

3. Pour the mixture into silicone jello shot molds or a 9×9-inch baking dish. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the jello is set.

4. Once set, remove the jello shots from the molds or cut the jello into cubes. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For a more pronounced apple flavor, you can use apple cider instead of apple juice. You can also experiment with different types of apples or add a dollop of whipped cream on top.
