Ingredients

– 8 cups mixed greens

– 2 Honeycrisp apples, cored and thinly sliced

– 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

– 1/2 cup toasted walnuts

– 1/4 cup olive oil

– 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

– 1 tbsp honey

– 1 tsp Dijon mustard

– Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions
