Ingredients
– 1 pound ground beef
– 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 (32-ounce) bag frozen tater tots
– 1 tomato, diced
– 1 cup shredded lettuce
– Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc.)
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
2. – In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
3. – Add the crumbled bacon and shredded cheese to the ground beef, stirring until the cheese is melted.
