Ingredients
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
– 2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. – In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix until well incorporated.
2. – Scoop the mixture by the tablespoonful and roll into 1-inch balls.
3. – Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
4. – Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
5. – Bake the chilled balls for 15-18 minutes, or until lightly golden.

Notes
