Ingredients
– 6 medium-sized Honeycrisp or Gala apples
– 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions
1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. 2. Slice the tops off the apples and use a spoon or melon baller to scoop out the cores, leaving about 1/2 inch of the apple intact at the bottom.
