Ingredients
– 2 (15 oz) cans corn, drained
– 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 2 eggs, beaten
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
2. – In a large bowl, mix together the drained corn, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, beaten eggs, melted butter, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
3. – Transfer the corn mixture to the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
