Ingredients

– 4 brioche buns, split in half

– 8 large eggs

– 4 tbsp unsalted butter

– 1 cup hollandaise sauce (store-bought or homemade)

– 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. 2. Lightly toast the brioche buns until golden brown.
