Description

Balsamic Glazed One Pan Chicken is a quick, easy, and flavorful weeknight dinner that’s ready in just 30 minutes. Tender chicken breasts are cooked in a rich, tangy glaze made with balsamic vinegar, honey, and garlic for a delicious, one-pan meal.

Ingredients

– 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

– 2 tablespoons honey

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 teaspoon dried thyme

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

3. Heat the olive oil in a large, oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sear for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

4. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, and minced garlic. Pour the glaze over the chicken.

5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze has thickened.

6. Remove the skillet from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.

7. Serve the Balsamic Glazed One Pan Chicken immediately, garnished with fresh thyme or parsley if desired.

Notes

– For an extra burst of flavor, add a teaspoon of Dijon mustard to the glaze.

– Serve the chicken with roasted vegetables or a side salad for a complete and balanced meal.

– Leftover chicken can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven or microwave.
