Ingredients
– 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
– 1 crisp apple, diced
– 1/2 cup toasted pecans, chopped
– 1/2 cup grapes, halved
– 1/4 cup celery, diced
– 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
