Ingredients
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup warm water
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
2. – In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt. Stir to mix.
3. – Add the warm water and olive oil, and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
4. – Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
5. – Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and place each piece into a muffin cup.
6. – Sprinkle the tops of the muffins with the minced garlic and chopped rosemary.
7. – Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown.

Notes
For extra flavor, you can brush the tops of the muffins with melted butter or olive oil after baking.
