Ingredients
– 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
– 1 onion, sliced
– 4 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 tbsp ground cumin
– 1 tbsp paprika
– 1 tsp ground coriander
– 1 tsp ground cinnamon
– 1 tsp cayenne pepper
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1/4 cup lemon juice
– 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. – Place the chicken thighs in a slow cooker.
2. – In a small bowl, combine the onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, cinnamon, cayenne, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
3. – Sprinkle the spice mixture over the chicken and toss to coat.

5. – Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
