Ingredients
– 2 tablespoons sesame oil
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon grated ginger
– 4 cups chopped bok choy
– 3 cups cooked white rice
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
– 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
3. Add the chopped bok choy and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until the bok choy is wilted and tender.
4. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, and stir to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
5. Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
Notes
