Ingredients
– 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 cup buffalo sauce
– 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
– 1 package (12 count) wonton wrappers
– 2 green onions, thinly sliced
– 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a medium saucepan, cook the chicken breasts until fully cooked and shredded.
3. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and cream cheese. Mix well until the filling is evenly incorporated.
4. Lightly spray a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
5. Gently press the wonton wrappers into the muffin cups, forming a small cup shape.
6. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture evenly into the wonton cups.
