Ingredients

– 4 cups shredded green cabbage

– 1 cup shelled edamame

– 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

– 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

– 1 tablespoon soy sauce

– 1 teaspoon grated ginger

– 1 teaspoon honey

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and edamame.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, grated ginger, honey, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
