Description

Indulge in the delightful combination of candy cane and Fireball whisky in these irresistible no-bake gummies! Perfect for holiday parties, gifts, or a cozy night in.


Ingredients

– 3 packets unflavored gelatin

– 3/4 cup corn syrup

– 1/2 cup Fireball cinnamon whisky

– 1 cup crushed candy canes

– Red and green food coloring (optional)


Instructions

1. In a medium saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin over 1/2 cup of cold water and let stand for 5 minutes to bloom.

2. Add the corn syrup and heat the mixture over medium, stirring constantly, until the gelatin is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth, about 5 minutes.

3. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the Fireball whisky. Divide the mixture evenly into 2 bowls.

4. Add a few drops of red food coloring to one bowl and a few drops of green food coloring to the other bowl. Stir to incorporate the color.

5. Lightly grease a silicone gummy mold and evenly distribute the red and green gummy mixtures into the molds.

6. Sprinkle the crushed candy canes evenly over the top of the gummies.

7. Refrigerate the mold for at least 2 hours, or until the gummies are firm.

8. Pop the gummies out of the mold and enjoy!

Notes

For a stronger Fireball flavor, you can increase the amount of Fireball whisky to 3/4 cup. Store the gummies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
