Ingredients
– 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 cup diced pepperoni
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. – Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. – Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick.
3. – Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and diced pepperoni evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
4. – Sprinkle the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using) over the cheese and pepperoni.
5. – Starting from the long side, tightly roll up the dough into a log.
6. – Slice the log into 1-inch thick pieces and place them, cut-side up, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
