Ingredients

– 8 flour tortillas

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/2 teaspoon paprika

– 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

2. In a medium bowl, mix together the shredded cheddar cheese, diced seafood, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper until well combined.

3. Place a tortilla on a flat surface and spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the seafood mixture onto the center. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly to create a cylindrical shape.

4. Place the rolled tortilla seam-side down on a baking sheet. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and filling.

6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the chopped fresh parsley.

7. Serve the Cheesy Seafood Tortilla Bombs warm, with your favorite dipping sauce on the side.

Notes

For a spicier twist, you can add a pinch of cayenne pepper or crushed red pepper flakes to the filling. You can also experiment with different types of cheese or seafood to suit your preferences.
