Ingredients

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions

1. – Pound the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap to an even 1/4-inch thickness.

2. – Dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off any excess.

3. – In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.

4. – Add the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.

5. – Reduce heat to medium and add the heavy cream to the skillet. Whisk in the Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and zest. Season with salt and pepper.
