Ingredients
– 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces

– 1 cup grated cucumber
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. 2. In a large skillet, sauté the chicken over medium-high heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
