Ingredients

– 2 ripe avocados

– 1/2 cup cocoa powder

– 1/2 cup peanut butter

– 1/3 cup maple syrup

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/4 teaspoon sea salt


Instructions

1. In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine the avocados, cocoa powder, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

2. Transfer the mousse to a piping bag or resealable plastic bag and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
