Description

Ingredients

– 1 pound fresh strawberries, washed and dried

– 12 ounces high-quality dark or milk chocolate, chopped

– 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (optional)

– 2 tablespoons toasted coconut flakes (optional)


Instructions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, stirring frequently until smooth.

3. Carefully insert a toothpick or skewer into the stem end of each strawberry.

4. Dip the strawberries into the melted chocolate, coating them fully.

5. Place the chocolate-covered strawberries on the prepared baking sheet.
