Ingredients

– 6 large croissants, halved lengthwise

– 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

– 4 large eggs

– 1 cup whole milk

– 1/4 cup granulated sugar

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– Powdered sugar, for dusting


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Arrange the croissant halves in the prepared baking dish, cut-side up. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the croissants.

3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, granulated sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
