Ingredients
– 24 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
– 4 large eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 1 cup brown sugar
– 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
– 1 can crescent roll dough
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
2. 2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually add the granulated sugar and flour, mixing until well combined.
3. 3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
4. 4. In a separate bowl, combine the softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
5. 5. Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared springform pan, pressing the seams together to seal.
6. 6. Spread the cheesecake batter over the crescent roll dough. Dollop the cinnamon sugar mixture over the top and use a knife to swirl it into the cheesecake batter.
7. 7. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before removing the springform ring.
8. 8. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature ingredients. You can also add a dusting of powdered sugar or a drizzle of caramel sauce on top before serving.
