Ingredients
– 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
– 1 large onion, diced
– 8 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 sprigs fresh thyme
– 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
– 1 cup heavy cream

– Crusty bread, for serving
Instructions
