Ingredients

– 12 wonton wrappers, cut into triangles

– 8 oz cream cheese, softened

– 6 oz lump crab meat, drained and flaked

– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 2 tbsp chopped scallions

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1/2 tsp onion powder

– 1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange the wonton triangles in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.

2. 2. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, crab meat, Parmesan, scallions, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne until well combined.

3. 3. Arrange the crispy wonton chips on a baking sheet or in a baking dish. Top with the crab rangoon mixture and sprinkle with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
