Description

Indulge in the ultimate fusion of flavors with our Crab & Shrimp Stuffed Salmon recipe. This comforting, restaurant-quality dish features a perfectly cooked salmon fillet stuffed with a rich, creamy crab and shrimp filling, making it a truly decadent seafood delight.

Ingredients

– 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

– 1 cup lump crab meat, drained and picked over for shells

– 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped

– 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

– 2 tbsp mayonnaise

– 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

– 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

– 1 tsp lemon juice

– 1/4 tsp salt

– 1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. 2. In a medium bowl, mix together the crab meat, shrimp, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, parsley, Dijon, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.

3. 3. Cut a deep pocket into the thickest part of each salmon fillet, being careful not to cut all the way through.

4. 4. Stuff the crab and shrimp mixture evenly into the pockets of the salmon fillets.

5. 5. Place the stuffed salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6. 6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the filling is hot.

7. 7. Serve the Crab & Shrimp Stuffed Salmon immediately, garnished with extra parsley and lemon wedges.

Notes

– For best results, use high-quality, fresh salmon, crab meat, and shrimp.

– Adjust baking time as needed based on the thickness of your salmon fillets.

– Pair this dish with a light salad or roasted vegetables for a complete and satisfying meal.
