Ingredients
– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
– 1 cup fresh cranberries
– 8 oz brie cheese, cubed
– 1 lb pizza dough
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp dried thyme
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. 2. In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. 3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch round.
4. 4. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza pan. Top with the cooked chicken, fresh cranberries, and cubed brie cheese.

Notes
