Description

Buttery, flaky crescent rolls filled with a sweet and tangy cranberry-cream cheese mixture – the perfect holiday appetizer or snack!

Ingredients

– 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

– 1/4 cup granulated sugar

– 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped

– 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. 2. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until well combined. Fold in the chopped cranberries.

3. 3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles. Scoop about 1-2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.

4. 4. Tightly roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end. Place the rolled crescents seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

5. 5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescents are golden brown.

6. 6. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a festive touch, sprinkle the baked crescents with powdered sugar or drizzle with a glaze.
