Ingredients
– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
– 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until light and fluffy.
2. Add the crumbled feta cheese and continue beating until well combined and creamy.
3. Fold in the fresh cranberries, honey, lemon juice, thyme, and salt. Gently mix until evenly distributed.
