Ingredients

– 2 cans (15 oz each) whole kernel corn, drained

– 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

– 1 cup sour cream

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1 cup crushed crackers (such as Ritz)


Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. – In a large bowl, combine the drained corn, cream of mushroom soup, and sour cream. Mix well until fully incorporated.

3. – Spread the corn mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish. Top with the shredded cheddar cheese and crushed crackers.

4. – Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly, and the topping is golden brown.
