Description

Indulge in the rich, creamy goodness of this Creamy Salmon Florentine recipe. Tender salmon fillets are nestled in a luxurious sauce made with heavy cream, Parmesan, and fresh spinach, making it a delightful and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

– 4 salmon fillets

– 1 cup heavy cream

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tbsp olive oil

– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. – Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

2. – Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets and sear for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown.

3. – Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.

4. – In the same skillet, add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Whisk to combine and let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes, until slightly thickened.

5. – Add the chopped spinach and garlic to the sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the spinach is wilted.

6. – Return the seared salmon fillets to the skillet and spoon the creamy spinach sauce over the top.

7. – Serve the Creamy Salmon Florentine immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs, if desired.

Notes

For a creamier sauce, you can add an extra 1/4 cup of heavy cream. You can also substitute baby kale or arugula for the spinach if desired.
