Ingredients
– 2 lbs chicken wings, drumettes and flats separated
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1/2 cup honey
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
– 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
– 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. 2. Pat the chicken wings dry and place in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
3. 3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and cooked through.
4. 4. In a small saucepan, combine the honey, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, and sriracha (if using). Heat over medium, stirring frequently, until warmed through.
5. 5. Transfer the baked wings to a large bowl. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
6. 6. Garnish the Crispy Honey Garlic Wings with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra crispy wings, place them under the broiler for 2-3 minutes after tossing in the sauce. The sauce can also be used as a dipping sauce on the side.
