– 1 lb pizza dough, store-bought or homemade
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp Italian seasoning
– 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. 2. Roll or stretch the pizza dough out into a thin, even layer. Cut the dough into 1-inch wide strips, then cut those strips into 1-inch pieces to create small chip-sized shapes.
3. 3. In a large bowl, toss the dough pieces with the olive oil, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese until evenly coated.
4. 4. Arrange the seasoned dough pieces in a single layer on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. 5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
