Ingredients
– 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. – Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. – In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
3. – Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet, making sure the florets are not crowded.
4. – Roast the cauliflower for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until the edges are crispy and golden-brown.
5. – Serve the crispy roasted cauliflower hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For extra crispy cauliflower, try tossing the florets with a tablespoon of cornstarch or arrowroot powder before roasting. You can also experiment with different seasonings, such as Parmesan cheese, paprika, or curry powder.
