Description

Cumin Lamb Noodles is a flavorful Asian-inspired dish featuring tender slices of lamb, aromatic spices, and perfectly cooked noodles. This quick and easy recipe is ready in just 20 minutes, making it a perfect weeknight meal.


Ingredients

– 1 lb lamb, thinly sliced

– 8 oz wide egg noodles

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tbsp grated ginger

– 2 tbsp soy sauce

– 1 tsp ground cumin

– 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

– 2 green onions, sliced

– Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. 2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over high heat. Add the lamb and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned.

3. 3. Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

4. 4. Pour in the soy sauce, cumin, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir to combine.

5. 5. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated in the sauce.

6. 6. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
