These quick and easy Deviled Egg Flights make the perfect party appetizer or snack. Creamy, savory, and ready in just 10 minutes, they’re sure to be a crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients
– 12 large hard-boiled eggs
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
– 1 teaspoon white vinegar
– 1/4 teaspoon paprika, plus more for garnish
– 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives, plus more for garnish
– Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
2. Carefully scoop out the yolks and place them in a medium bowl.
3. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, and 1 tablespoon chopped chives to the bowl with the egg yolks. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Mash and mix the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
5. Using a piping bag or a spoon, carefully fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture.
6. Sprinkle the filled eggs with additional paprika and chopped chives for garnish.
7. Refrigerate the deviled egg flights until ready to serve.
Notes
These deviled egg flights can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The filling can also be piped into the egg white halves just before serving for a fresh, just-made presentation.
