Ingredients
– 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled
– 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 1/4 cup sour cream
– 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika, plus more for garnish
Instructions
1. Cut the strawberries in half lengthwise.
2. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sour cream, sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, and mix until well combined.
3. Transfer the filling to a piping bag or a small resealable bag with the corner snipped off.
4. Pipe the filling into the center of each strawberry half.
5. Sprinkle the filled strawberries with additional paprika for garnish.
6. Chill the deviled strawberries in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
