Ingredients
– 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
– 2 tablespoons brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 2 tablespoons honey, for drizzling
Instructions
1. – Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. – In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon.
3. – Brush the cut side of the peach halves with the brown sugar mixture.
4. – Place the peach halves, cut-side down, on the preheated grill.
5. – Grill for 3-5 minutes, or until the peaches are lightly charred and softened.
6. – Flip the peach halves and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes.
7. – Remove the grilled peaches from the grill and drizzle with honey.
8. – Serve immediately, either on their own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Notes
For best results, use ripe but firm peaches. You can also experiment with different spice blends or a drizzle of balsamic reduction instead of honey.
