Description

Discover the secret to making a moist, flavorful easy pumpkin bread in just 10 minutes! This quick and simple recipe is the perfect cozy treat for autumn.

Ingredients

– 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree

– 1 cup granulated sugar

– 1/2 cup vegetable oil

– 2 large eggs

– 1 tsp vanilla extract

– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 tsp baking soda

– 1 tsp ground cinnamon

– 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

– 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

2. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

3. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

4. 4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

5. 5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

6. 6. Allow the pumpkin bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a sweeter bread, you can add up to 1/2 cup additional sugar. For a more intense pumpkin flavor, use 1 1/4 cups pumpkin puree. Store leftover bread in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
