Description

Ingredients

– 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

– 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and grated

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

– 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1/8 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. – In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.

2. – Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
