Ingredients
– 3 cups rolled oats
– 1 cup raw pecans, chopped

– 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
– 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
– 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
