Description

Fireball Whiskey Balls are a decadent and easy-to-make dessert that combines the bold flavor of Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey with a creamy, cinnamon-sugar coated exterior. Perfect for parties, holidays, or anytime you crave a boozy treat.


Ingredients

– 8 oz cream cheese, softened

– 1/2 cup Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey

– 2 cups powdered sugar

– 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

– 1/4 cup granulated sugar

– 2 tsp ground cinnamon


Instructions

1. – In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

2. – Add the Fireball Whiskey and beat until well combined.

3. – Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

4. – Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to 1 hour to firm up.

5. – In a shallow bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and cinnamon.

6. – Scoop the chilled cream cheese mixture by the tablespoonful and roll into balls.

7. – Roll the balls in the graham cracker crumb mixture until fully coated.

8. – Place the coated balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

For a stronger whiskey flavor, add an extra 1-2 tablespoons of Fireball Whiskey. Store the Fireball Whiskey Balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
