These irresistible French Dip Squares combine tender beef, melted cheese, and a buttery, flaky crust for the perfect savory bite. Perfect for easy entertaining or as a delicious snack.

Ingredients

– 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef

– 8 ounces provolone cheese, sliced

– 2 cans (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent roll dough

– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and press into the prepared baking dish, sealing any perforations.

3. Layer the roast beef and provolone cheese slices evenly over the dough.

4. Brush the top of the cheese layer with the melted butter.

5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.

6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.

7. Cut into squares and serve warm, with a dipping sauce if desired.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality roast beef and provolone cheese. The melted butter gives the crust a delicious, flaky texture.
