Description

Indulge in the refreshingly chilled, creamy, and boozy bliss of these Frozen Blue Margarita Jello Shots! Made with just 4 simple ingredients, this quick and easy recipe is perfect for your next party, picnic, or anytime you crave a delightful frozen treat.

Ingredients

– 1 cup blue curacao

– 1 cup tequila

– 1/2 cup fresh lime juice

– 2 (0.25 oz) packets unflavored gelatin

Instructions

1. In a medium saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin over the blue curacao and let sit for 5 minutes to bloom.

2. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until the gelatin is fully dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.

3. Remove from heat and stir in the tequila and lime juice until well combined.

4. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a baking dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

5. Carefully remove the jello shots from the molds and serve chilled, garnished with fresh lime wedges if desired.

Notes

For best results, use a high-quality, 100% blue curacao. You can also experiment with different citrus juices like lemon or orange. Store any leftover jello shots in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
