Description

These Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups are a delicious and easy-to-make twist on a classic burger. Packed with savory flavors and melted cheese, they’re the ultimate comfort food treat.


Ingredients

– 1 lb ground beef

– 8 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

– 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bacon, cheddar cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.

3. 3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Place about 2-3 tablespoons of the beef mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.

4. 4. Tightly roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end and ending at the narrow tip. Place the rollups seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

5. 5. Brush the tops of the rollups with the melted butter.

6. 6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
