Ingredients
– 3 lbs Russet potatoes, washed and cut into 1-inch wedges
– 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. – Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. – In a large bowl, combine the potato wedges, melted butter, minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss to evenly coat the potatoes.
3. – Spread the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
4. – Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping the wedges halfway through, until they’re golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
5. – Remove the baked Garlic Butter Cajun Potato Wedges from the oven and immediately toss them with any remaining garlic butter in the bowl.
