Ingredients
– 1 (1-1.5 lb) turkey tenderloin
– 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
– 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. 2. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. 3. Pat the turkey tenderloin dry with paper towels and place on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.
4. 4. Spread the garlic butter all over the surface of the turkey.
5. 5. Roast the turkey for 25-30 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
6. 6. Let the turkey rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a crispier exterior, you can broil the turkey for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking. Adjust cooking time as needed based on the size of your turkey tenderloin.
