Description
These Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are a mouthwatering, easy-to-make appetizer that’s bursting with savory, cheesy flavor. Tender chicken is marinated in a garlic-Parmesan mixture, then grilled or baked to perfection. Perfect for parties, game days, or any occasion!
Ingredients
– 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes, garlic, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the chicken evenly.
2. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.
3. Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
4. Grill the chicken skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the Parmesan is melted and lightly browned.
Alternatively, bake the skewers in the preheated oven for 18-22 minutes, turning halfway, until the chicken is fully cooked.
5. Serve the Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers warm, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, if desired.
Notes
These skewers can be grilled or baked, depending on your preference. If baking, you can also broil the skewers for 2-3 minutes at the end to get a nice, crispy Parmesan topping.
